I received a phone call from Carl the customer service rep at SONY, and J-T-W-NY has been unbanned. He told me he couldn't get much info from the Home people about why it happened (go figure...)
But I am just happy to have cleared my name and am back in Home. I'm going to a party tonight on artform-fazeone's yacht, so I'll tell you all about it.
Now, will Lithium also unban me???
Congratulations, Jen! Good news all around, it seems; just got an email from GopherMods and my console has been fixed and is being shipped back to me right now. I should be back online in about one or two weeks.
